Q: Who is this retreat for?

Fox Hill is designed primarily for pastoral couples, families and individuals to be refreshed physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Q: How long are the retreats?

Retreats can be booked anywhere from 2-5 days with exceptions made for booking longer retreats! We recommend at least a 3 day stay, however, for sufficient time to unwind.

Q:What is the cost?

We do not want cost to be the limiting factor in attending Fox Hill Retreat, so we provide retreats free of charge to pastors and their families.

Q: What should I expect in meeting with Kyle and Tarah?

We love getting to know our guests! The friendships we have cultivated with individuals who have stayed at Fox Hill have been priceless. Expect a time of laughter, encouragement, sharing each others' stories, a safe space to be vulnerable and prayer--usually accompanied by coffee/tea and delicious dessert!

Q: Are we required to meet with Kyle and Tarah?

No! Meeting with us is definitely not a requirement! We love getting to know our guests and value the relationships built at Fox Hill! This is YOUR retreat, however, so we want this to be whatever you need it to be!

Q: What are the options for accommodations?

We have two locations available for guests to choose from: The Cabin, which is meant for individuals/couples and The Cottage which is designed for families/small staff retreats.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is anytime after 2pm and Check-out is before 4pm the last day of your stay. Both times can be flexible if contacted ahead of retreat stay.
